Three steps to upload clients.


1. Download file format from Admin - Clients - Upload Client List. File content is as shown below: 

Note that first column "Internal ID" is marked different. Make sure you do not enter any value in this column.



2. Fill in the contents in other columns. And save this file as ".csv" (Comma Separated Values) file.


3. Upload file in the same page from where you downloaded this file. 


All clients will be created immediately. You will receive an email about status of client upload.


Following are important points. Read them before you upload:


1. As mentioned in the beginning, DO NOT EDIT FIRST COLUMN - "Internal Id"


2. "Client Type" has to be one of the following values:


3. In case you enter the Date of corporation, please make sure it is in the format : dd/mm/yyyy


4. If "Contact Name" is given, it is mandatory to specify the "Contact E-mail" as well.


. If you get any error, you will receive an email with error details and attachment. This attachment. will have details having error. Change contents in this attachment only and upload again. Do not upload the first file again. In such cases, duplicate clients will be created.
